Shipping policy

Instock & Pre-orders

In stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-orders and custom items typically ship within 6-8 weeks, though some exceptions apply. For questions about your order please contact us.

Signature required and insurance

All orders shipped will require an adult signature and have insurance included.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, and Brazil. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Baetyl Fine Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  Please contact us for more information in international shipping.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
