General

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we make. If you find your jewelry is in need of repair within the first 2 years we will cover all shipping and repair costs. If your item cannot be repaired we will replace it with an identical item or an item of equal or lesser value.  Learn more about out warranty policy here.

Please note that damage caused by other misuse or improper care of your jewelry will not be covered. To initiate a repair or replacement please contact us and include the purchase date, description of the issue, and photographs of any defects or damage. 

Most rings, necklaces and bracelets can be resized; this service is free within the first 2 years of ownership. If you need adjustments or resizing after 2 years and do not have a trusted local jeweler we can provide pricing for completing the work in house. To inquire about a resize or other adjustments please contact us.

Every piece of Baetyl jewelry ships with two appraisals detailing the metal weight, stone count, and overall value of the item. We recommend sending one of the appraisals directly to your insurer and retaining the other for your records. 

Every piece of Baetyl jewelry is made from solid gold, never plated, so it can be safely cleaned and polished by a professional jeweler as often as needed depending on wear. Between professional cleanings we recommend soaking your jewelry in very warm water with a small amount of dish soap, loosening any debris with a soft brush (makeup brushes work great). Rinse in cool water and air dry or wipe with a soft cloth.

Shipping

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days and are sent via fedex 3 day preferred.

Pre-orders or custom orders typically ship in 6-8 weeks. 

Overnight and next day rush shipping is usually possible for in stock items, though additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more information or to inquire about a rush order. 

We are happy to arrange for shipping outside the US though additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more information or to inquire about an international order. 

All orders are shipped via FedEx. To request an alternate carrier of your choice please contact us

All orders require an adult signature for delivery. To request an exception or to require a specific signature/ID check please contact us.

Returns

For in stock and pre-order items we are happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging and any tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Items for which tags have been removed or that show obvious signs of wear will not be accepted. Return shipping is free for orders placed within the United States, to initiate a return please contact us.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns. 

Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry offers you the chance to create something completely your own on any budget.

If you are interested in creating a custom piece or resetting something you already own, please contact Lorien@BaetylJewelry.com to get started. Lorien will reach out to discuss your project, and will provide estimated lead times and pricing up front. 

Hand sketches and/or CAD renderings will be available for you to review, and in some cases a wax model of your finished piece can be shipped to you for approval. 

A 50% deposit is required if you decide to move forward with the remaining balance due when your project is complete and ready to ship. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange but are covered by our 2 year repair or replace policy.
